In 1997, Bobby and Peggy Wilkinson, along with Manager Ann Bartosh, opened Palacios Abstract & Title Company in Palacios, TX.  The office was originally open only two days a week, but business increased to the point that hours were expanded to five days a week and extra staff members were hired.

Sandra Koch became the Manager of Palacios Abstract & Title Company when Ann Bartosh retired in 2006.  Teri Cartwright became Manager and Escrow Officer in January 2012.  Cindy Herzik, Kaci Mendez, and Sara Shirley are Escrow Officers.  Terry Lee serves as Escrow Assistant.
